The Northern District Citizen Service Center (Phase III) is located on Plot F56-2, covering approximately 22.8 mu (about 15,200 square meters). The site will house three sub-projects:

District Integrated Media Center
District Smart City Center

Project Scope
The scope of construction includes:
Earthwork and foundation leveling
Slope support
Main structural works
Water supply and drainage
HVAC systems
Power supply and distribution
Lighting and emergency lighting
Lightning protection and grounding
Intelligent lighting control
Outdoor landscaping, including:
Roads and perimeter walls
Biological treatment tanks
Outdoor water supply and drainage systems
Underground fire protection piping
Outdoor electrical systems
Landscape water features and greenery
Steel Structure Overview
The project’s steel structures are mainly used for the roof canopy and eaves cantilever beams.
🔹 Roof Canopy:
Installation elevation: 39.3 meters
Projection area: 1,358 m²
Structure: Inverted triangular truss system
Columns: Steel-reinforced concrete (SRC)
Connection: Rigid joints between steel truss beams and SRC columns
Design: Each beam spans 31.63 meters, arranged in 5 spans with 6 beams in total
Support: Trusses are connected with single-row tie rods to ensure lateral stability
🔹 Eaves Cantilever Beams:
Installation elevation: 40.4 meters
Projection area: 1,820 m²
Design: Single-row cantilever with 6-meter projection length
Perimeter length: 312 meters
Connection: Pre-embedded nodes fixed to concrete structure
Additional support: Horizontal bracing between cantilever beams
