Non standard steel frame structure system

This project is located at No. 6 Yong’an Road, Xipeng Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing (currently Area A of Yuxi Middle School). It involves the construction of the following:

• Building #1: Training Building and Garage (new construction)

• Building #2: Comprehensive Building (new construction)

• Building #3: Canteen (renovation)

• Building #4: Public Restroom

• Building #5: Equipment Room

• Gatehouse

• Reconstruction of the school’s main gate

• Renovation of the Teaching Building, Science & Technology Building, Student Dormitory, and Staff Dormitory

Supporting works include earthwork, environmental slope treatment, outdoor playground, landscaping, fire protection systems, roads, integrated utility pipelines, and smart campus facilities.

The steel structure component of the project is Building #2 — the Comprehensive Building. Its primary functions are a reading room and an auditorium. The building is 40.5 meters long and 32.2 meters wide, with a total height of 14.0 meters. The total construction area is approximately 2,054.53 square meters.

Building #2 adopts a steel frame structure, consisting of three floors:

• Ground floor foundation elevation: -0.25 meters

• Second floor elevation: 4.8 to 7.4 meters

• Roof level elevation: 13.5 meters
